Dressing Noelle

Today Noelle chose to wear a new outfit that a friend recently gave her. After she was dressed, I noticed a small tag on the waistband that needed to be removed. I got some scissors to remove it and explained to Noelle what I was about to do. She had no problem with it, but she did have one small request: "Daddy, will you please not cut my bottom?"
