Jared mainly wears 6-9 month clothes and size 2 diapers. He's sleeping through the night! Wahoo!! He goes to bed around 7 and wakes up between 5:30 and 7:00. And he wakes up so happy! (Sorry, Jared, that we put you on a pink blanket!)
He's getting good at grasping for objects.
He's not crawling, but he's tucking his legs up under and inching along, often with a purpose to reach toys.
He's putting everything in his mouth.
He loves the remote...just like a guy!!
He still enjoys time in the bumbo & in the exersaucer.
He's started reaching for us some...but the first person he reached for was Noelle.
Noelle continues to be really sweet with Jared, and it's so fun to see them interacting. They have "conversations" back and forth, which really is just a lot of high pitch squealing, but super cute.
I don't put him in the sling or moby-wrap as often, but it still comes in handy sometimes. He's too heavy to wear in the front now, but I tried this one day while I was cleaning house:
And lastly...his hair. Poor little guy. It all pretty much fell out except for the top. So he looks like he has a weird toupee. Oh well. He's still super adorable in my opinion!

He is so handsome!! He and Noelle look so much alike. Love the block pictures.
Yes, I know. It's because he looks like me.
In a few of those pictures he really looks like Noelle. It also looks like he lost his unique, mohawk-like hair do. I gotta tell you I laughed when I saw the picture of him strapped to your back. How did he do when you bent forward and he ended up staring at the ceiling?
Six months already, hard to believe. The little Buckaroo is looking so grown up.
Sarah, please tell me you had help getting him into that apparatus, I can't imagine getting him rigged up by yourself!
Enjoying the pictures, thanks for sharing.
Well, he didn't really enjoy when I bent over, so I had to be careful not to do that too much, but the rest of the time he seemed to love it!
I did have help getting him all strapped in. I know there are back carriers that one person can do by themselves, though...I'd be interested to try one.
