Noelle: "Daddy, what does your shirt say?"
Chris: "Chi Alpha. That means Christ first. It reminds us that God should be the most important thing in our lives."
Noelle: "But we're important too!"
Chris: "Yes, we are, but God should always be the most important thing in our lives."
***Walking away, muttering under her breath***
Noelle: "...but we're still important too."

I love how children teach us so much about human nature. How we are programed to think of ourselves first and how much more amazing Christ's sacrifice is. "He humbled himself... taking the very nature of a servant..." I love these kiddos.
