One of our family traditions is to go look at Christmas lights in our pajamas each year.  This year didn't really go as planned.  It started out badly with pictures before we left, and then it got worse as Kyle screamed the entire hour we were out.  We definitely made a family memory though.

Sarah:  "Umm...no.  That's bird poop."
