Dressing Noelle

Today Noelle chose to wear a new outfit that a friend recently gave her. After she was dressed, I noticed a small tag on the waistband that needed to be removed. I got some scissors to remove it and explained to Noelle what I was about to do. She had no problem with it, but she did have one small request: "Daddy, will you please not cut my bottom?"

Painting Jared's Nursery

This past weekend, my mom and Chris painted Jared's nursery and we got a lot of it ready. (We'll post pictures soon!) We let Noelle "help" so she'd feel included.

Here is Noelle rocking and loving on one of her many "babies." She has received 2 new baby dolls in the past week. She named the boy doll Gingerbread and the girl doll Emma Cake.

Our Awesome Weatherman

On Monday night there was no mention of snow whatsoever, but we woke up the next morning to a blanket of white. Then, on Friday we were supposed to get 2-3 inches of snow and didn't get a single flake.

After playing in the snow, Noelle got to try her first cup of hot chocolate. She was very excited to try something new and said she liked it after her first sip. She quickly changed her mind and decided that she only liked the marshmallows.
